What should I do if I forget my admin password on my pro USB hotel card system?

First, please confirm whether you use a general or super administrator account.

Suppose you use a general administrator account, according to the existing pro-usb hotel card system. In that case, you can log in pro-usb hotel card system with the system’s default super administrator account.

Then, delete that admin account whose password you have forgotten in the system settings. Delete and then re-add the admin and set up passwords.

Please note: By default, in the pro-usb hotel card system, the super administrator account name is “Super,” and there is no password.

You can directly use this account to log in to the software and then delete the general administrator account and add it again.

However, if you use a super administrator account and set a password for this account, and you forget the password now. You must send the entire database file of your pro-usb hotel card system software. The supplier will help you retrieve your password after checking the total database.
