If you’re referring to a Honeywell electronic door lock, resetting it usually involves restoring it to its default settings or changing the user codes.
Here’s a general guide on how to reset most Honeywell electronic door locks:
- Remove one battery for 10 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery and wait for a long and short beep.
- Press the lock button three times within 3 seconds.
- The lock will beep and the light indicator will turn green.
But if you are using Honeywell Digital Bluetooth Deadbolt, you will have to reset it like this:
- Remove the interior assembly, find the reset button is located inside the back panel
- Press the reset button on the PCB board until you hear one beep. Release, and then three seconds later you will hear a second beep after three seconds.
This indicates that the lock has been reset to the Factory Settings.
