I cannot find the TTlock via Bluetooth after I delete it from TTlock App and set it up again
I am unable to find the TTlock via Bluetooth. Please help.
I previously set up the TTlock via your TTlock App but may have deleted it. Then I downloaded the App again.
Could that be the problem? Forgot my original user ID and password.

If you can not find the TTlock smart lock via Bluetooth after you delete it from TTlock App and set it up again, there are a few things you could try:
- Recover or reset user ID and password: you should be able to recover or reset your user ID and password. Look for a “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” option in the TTlock App. If you can’t find such an option, or it’s not working, contact TTlock support for assistance.
If you can not recover and reset your user ID and password, you must create a new TTlock app account and add the TTlock again. But before you add your TTlock, you must factory reset your TTlock with the Reset button.
Resetting TTlock from the Reset button:
- Ensure the door is unlocked: Before you start, make sure the door is unlocked. This is crucial because you don’t want to be locked out or in if something goes wrong during the reset process.
- Locate the reset button: Most TTLock models have a reset button on the interior side of the lock. Maybe You need to remove the batter cover. It’s typically a small hole you can press using a thin, pointed object like a paperclip or needle.
- Press and hold the reset button: Insert your paperclip or needle into the reset hole and press and hold the button.
- Wait for the lock to confirm the reset: You should hear the voice prompt to let you enter the initialization password(000#) on the keypad of TTlock.(depending on the model).
- After entering a valid initialization password, the TTlock will be reset.
After a reset, all data, including access codes and fingerprint data, will be erased from the lock. You can always add this TTlock to your new TTlock app account. Consult your TTlock’s user manual or contact TTlock’s customer support for the most accurate information.
If you’re having trouble reconnecting your TTlock to the TTlock app via Bluetooth, try the following steps:
- Bluetooth Settings: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for your phone. Check that the TTlock is within Bluetooth range (usually within a few feet of the device). You may need to disconnect some if your phone is already connected to many other Bluetooth devices.
- App Permissions: Ensure the TTlock App has the necessary permissions to access your phone’s Bluetooth. You can usually check this in your phone’s settings menu.
- Reinstall the App: Sometimes, reinstalling the app can solve the issue. Try deleting and reinstalling the TTlock app.
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both your phone and the TTlock device. This can sometimes resolve connection issues.
- Reset the Lock: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset the TTlock device. This will likely erase any data and settings on the device, but it can resolve many technical issues.
- Contact Support: If none of these steps work, you might need to contact TTlock’s customer service for further assistance. There may be an issue with the Bluetooth module in the TTlock device.
Remember that you will likely need to reprogram your lock after resetting it, including re-adding any user codes or fobs that were previously working.
